Can I exchange my Items?

All products purchased from Ateliers can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective upon arrival
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product ordered or differs from what was actually purchased.

To initiate an exchange, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@ateliers.pk or calling us at +92 3020202719. Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution.

In the case of a faulty or damaged item, a replacement will be provided. We require photographic evidence of the defected item to be emailed to support@ateliers.pk within 14 days of purchase before processing any claims.

Please note: We are unable to support exchanges in certain scenarios, including but not limited to:

  • Requests made beyond the specified 14-day period.
  • Products that have been washed, used, or damaged due to improper handling.
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Do you want to return an online order?

To initiate the return process, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team. We accept returns only if you have received a damaged or incorrect item from us.

Exceptions and Special Conditions:

Certain items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:

  • Packs: Product packs (containing more than one item) are treated as a single unit. Their packaging should remain unopened, and they cannot be returned partially or individually.
  • Accessories (if any): Must be returned with original packaging intact.

How long do I have to make returns?

All returns must be requested within 3 calendar days from the delivery date.

Do I have to pay for returns?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will arrange for the item to be picked up and cover the return shipping costs.

How will my money be refunded?

Once your return is approved, you can choose between receiving a coupon or a refund in your account.

When will I receive my refund?

Coupon: Details will be sent to your email.
Refund to Account: Processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

What should I do If the return amount is Incorrect?

Please contact our Customer Service team, and we will address any discrepancies promptly.

Do you refund the shipping cost If return all Items In an order?

No, we do not refund shipping costs if all items in an order are returned.
