Where can I receive my order?
You can receive your order at any private address, such as your home or workplace, or another suitable location. Unfortunately, orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.

How long will my order take to arrive?

• Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 working days.
• During sales or peak seasons, delivery may take 7-10 working days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Additional Notes:

• Orders paid through online payment methods may undergo a verification check, leading to a short delay.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected at the shipping address.
• Once your order is shipped, an email with tracking details will be sent. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Pakistan is charged at a flat rate of 200 PKR.

Which courier will deliver my order?
We partner with Leopards Courier Service for all deliveries. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email to follow your order’s journey.

What if I’m not home when the order arrives?
If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, Leopards Courier will contact you to arrange a reattempt. They will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.

Order Cancellation

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will confirm your order with up to two calls. If these calls are not answered, the order will be canceled.
• Orders can also be canceled at the customer’s request before processing.
• Ateliers reserves the right to cancel orders in case of out-of-stock items, incorrect contact details, or technical errors.
